Add egg and remaining granulated sugar to bowl. Weigh or lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups. Melt the butter and whisk it into the milk and eggs, then stir enough of this into the flour mixture.

Once the dough has rested, roll it out into a rectangle. Combine the flour, sugar, salt and yeast in a large bowl.

Leave the butter in the room temperature until soft, then mix it together with sugar and cinnamon.

Pour the buttermilk and oil into the yeast mixture mix well. In a small saucepan, heat the buttermilk until warm to the touch. Let stand until creamy, about 10 minutes.

Let it rest under a kitchen towel for about 30 minutes. In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water.

Start kneading the dough until it doesnвЂ™t stick to the bowl.

Mix sugar, flour, and a pinch of salt together and add the yeast.

Once the milk is lukewarm, pour 1/3 over the yeast and stir for a minute.

Melt the butter in a pot, add all milk and let it cool down.
